The Position

You'll work with a varied small animal caseload, providing both preventative and medical care while enjoying the flexibility to manage cases with a high level of clinical independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering exceptional medical and surgical care to companion animals
* Performing routine and advanced surgical procedures according to your experience
* Building lasting relationships with clients through clear communication and compassionate care
* Collaborating with a knowledgeable and supportive veterinary team
* Helping maintain the practice's excellent standards of patient care and client service

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

* A DVM (or equivalent) with eligibility for registration in British Columbia
* Confidence managing a broad small animal caseload
* Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills
* A compassionate, client-focused approach
* Experience in surgery and dentistry (beneficial but not essential)
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine
