Small Animal Veterinarian, Exceptional Private Hospital, Chattanooga (South), TN, Full-Time, No Weekends | Salary $120,000 $170,000, All Experience Levels Welcome and Supported

An established privately owned small animal hospital serving its local community for more than 15 years is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team. The practice has built a strong reputation and loyal client following and continues to invest in its facilities, technology, and veterinary professionals as the hospital develops.

Modern paperless systems are used throughout the hospital, with clinical operations supported by a collaborative team of Veterinarians and experienced Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs). The working environment is structured to enable clinicians to concentrate on delivering excellent patient care while developing their clinical knowledge and expanding their professional skill set.

Veterinarians at every stage of their careers are encouraged to apply, including recent graduates. Mentorship, teamwork, continuous learning, and consistently high standards of veterinary medicine are key elements of the clinical environment.

Key Duties

The Associate Veterinarian will play an important role in providing comprehensive veterinary care while working alongside an experienced and compassionate clinical team. Responsibilities will include:

•Performing a wide variety of medical, surgical, and dental procedures
•Maintaining consistently high standards of clinical medicine and patient care
•Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and supporting the ongoing health and wellbeing of their pets
•Collaborating closely with Veterinarians, LVTs, and wider support personnel to promote an efficient and positive working environment
•Contributing to a culture centred on teamwork, continued learning, and professional development

Key Qualifications & Requirements

•Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
•Active or eligible state veterinary license
•Successful completion of the NAVLE
•Authorisation to work in the United States
•Commitment to providing high-quality veterinary care
