This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to take on a Medical Director position within a well-established, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Midland, North Carolina. Combining clinical leadership with hands-on veterinary medicine, this role offers the chance to guide and support a dedicated team while maintaining clinical autonomy and continuing to deliver high-quality patient care.

About you:
•A graduate of a Veterinary Medicine program (DVM or equivalent)
•Successfully completed NAVLE
•Possess or be eligible to obtain the relevant Veterinary State Licence
•Previous leadership experience is advantageous, although veterinarians with a strong interest in leadership and team development are encouraged to apply
•Committed to delivering high standards of patient care and client service
