We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our client's highly experienced four-doctor team at a respected, full-service small animal hospital in Midland, Texas.

$110,000$180,000 Base Salary + 20% ProSal (No Negative Accrual) | $150,000 Joining Bonus

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional clinical and surgical care to small animal patients.
• Managing a balanced daily caseload of consultations, diagnostics, and procedures.
• Building strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication.
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient team culture.

Schedule & Hours

• Monday Friday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: Closed
• No after-hours or on-call requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110,000$180,000 (commensurate with experience)
• 20% ProSal system with no negative accrual
• $150,000 Joining Bonus
