Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical veterinary services
• Develop and refine medical protocols and standards of care

• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and best practices

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong focus on team culture, mentorship, and community veterinary care
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance clinical work with leadership responsibilities
