The Role
- Provide medical leadership, ensuring high standards of patient care, client service, and clinical outcomes
- Mentor and develop veterinarians and support staff, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
- Partner with practice management on workflow, staffing, and resource planning
- Guide medical protocols, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Nevada (or ability to obtain)

- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Proven clinical proficiency in general practice, dentistry, and soft-tissue surgery
- Prior leadership, mentorship, or medical management experience strongly preferred
