About the Practice
You'll be based mainly in our state-of-the-art, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital, purpose-built to support exceptional patient care and an outstanding working environment. Designed with both pets and veterinary teams in mind, the hospital features eight spacious exam rooms, dedicated surgery and dental suites, digital radiography, ultrasound, separate canine and feline treatment areas, isolation facilities, a large education space and modern staff amenities.

You'll join a collaborative team of experienced veterinarians, skilled technicians and dedicated support staff within a privately owned veterinary group that continues to invest in its people, hospitals and clinical excellence.

This newly created role combines clinical practice with leadership, mentoring and medical development. You'll play a key role in supporting and developing veterinarians across General Practice, Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine, with a particular focus on mentoring emergency surgery skills and helping expand these services. As the position is still evolving, there is flexibility to tailor the role around your experience, interests and leadership strengths, with genuine opportunities for future progression into a Chief Medical Officer position.
