This role is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about both exceptional clinical care and developing people. The hospital is home to an experienced team of five veterinarians, supported by credentialed veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, an experienced hospital manager, and dedicated client care representatives who work together to ensure outstanding patient care and an efficient daily workflow.

The Opportunity

As Medical Director, you'll divide your time between clinical responsibilities and leadership, helping guide the medical direction of the hospital while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Providing clinical leadership and mentorship
•Supporting and developing fellow veterinarians
•Maintaining high medical standards and best practices
•Collaborating on complex medical and surgical cases
•Helping recruit, retain, and develop veterinary talent
•Partnering with hospital leadership to support continued growth
•Continuing to build strong relationships with clients while practicing exceptional medicine
