The Role

As Medical Director, you will provide exceptional emergency care while helping to guide the clinical direction of the hospital. You will work closely with hospital leadership to support operational excellence, mentor colleagues, promote professional development, and maintain a positive team culture.

Previous emergency medicine experience is required. Prior Medical Director or similiar leadership experience required. Candidates should be confident managing clinical teams, mentoring veterinarians, and thriving in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements

  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Eligibility to practice veterinary medicine in Tennessee
  • Previous emergency veterinary experience
