Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary negotiable up to approximately $150,000$175,000
• 20% production bonus with no negative accrual
• Genuine ownership stake/equity opportunity
• $25,000 sign-on bonus available

Requirements:

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Eligible for Tennessee veterinary licensure
• Minimum 23 years of clinical experience preferred
