The Role
- Provide emergency and urgent care, including triage, stabilization, diagnostics, and treatment planning for high-acuity cases
- Manage trauma, critical-care, and select emergency surgeries in a fully equipped surgical suite
- Utilize in-house diagnostics, digital imaging, and ultrasound to guide timely medical decisions
- Collaborate closely with experienced technicians and client service staff to ensure high-quality patient care and communication
- Maintain comprehensive medical records and clear client education during stressful situations
- Contribute to a culture of mentorship and knowledge-sharing across the clinical team
- Share a rotation that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with established overnight monitoring systems

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice (or eligibility for licensure) in the State of Michigan
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills; ER experience preferred, but motivated new graduates with an interest in emergency medicine are welcome to apply
