This well-established 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital has been providing advanced veterinary care throughout Northern New England for more than 30 years. The hospital serves as a major referral center, offering comprehensive emergency, critical care, and specialty services supported by a large team of veterinary professionals and advanced diagnostic capabilities.

You'll join a collaborative team of more than 30 veterinarians, including board-certified specialists, experienced emergency clinicians, Veterinary Technician Specialists (VTS), Licensed Veterinary Technicians, veterinary assistants, and dedicated client care professionals. The hospital promotes teamwork across all departments, providing emergency clinicians with direct access to specialist support on complex medical and surgical cases.

Package & Benefits

• Base salary between $150,000 and $180,000

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Maine
• Interest or experience in emergency and critical care medicine
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced referral environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
