An established and rapidly growing daytime Emergency & Urgent Care hospital in Friendswood, TX is seeking an experienced Emergency/Urgent Care Veterinarian to join its team. Schedule

  • Hospital hours: 12:00 PM 12:00 AM, 7 days per week
  • Full-time rotating schedule:
  • Week 1: Three shifts
  • Week 2: Four shifts
  • Shared weekend rotation
  • Flexible scheduling between the two emergency veterinarians
  • Typically one veterinarian on-site per shift

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary from $150,000+
  • 23% ProSal production bonus available
  • Equity participation with significant long-term earning potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emergency and urgent care cases from presentation through treatment and discharge
  • Perform emergency and soft tissue surgical procedures
  • Confidently assess and treat a broad range of emergency presentations
  • Deliver high-quality, efficient patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Partner with hospital leadership to support continued growth and development

About You

  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Licensed, or eligible for veterinary licensure, in Texas
  • Comfortable working independently as the primary veterinarian on shift
  • Strong emergency medicine and surgical skills
  • Motivated by clinical excellence, autonomy, and long-term career growth
