• A structured onboarding process, strong clinical leadership, and ongoing mentorship are available for both seasoned emergency clinicians and those newer to emergency practice.

Role Overview Emergency Veterinarian:

• Provide timely and compassionate emergency and critical care.
• Manage a wide range of urgent and complex presentations.
• Collaborate with specialty teams and skilled support staff.
• Contribute to protocol refinement and continuous improvement.
• Support a culture of learning, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $250,000$450,000 Pro-Sal.

Key Qualifications:

• DVM from an accredited institution.
• Virginia veterinary license (or eligibility).
• NAVLE completion.
