Emergency veterinarians work alongside experienced veterinary technicians and board-certified specialists across disciplines including:

The Opportunity

This position would suit an Emergency Veterinarian who enjoys fast-paced medicine, complex cases and working alongside specialists within a well-resourced hospital.

You'll be responsible for assessing, diagnosing and stabilizing emergency patients, developing treatment plans and overseeing hospitalized cases while working closely with technicians, fellow emergency doctors and specialists.

There are also opportunities to contribute to clinical protocols, quality improvement and team training, allowing experienced veterinarians to have an active role in the continued development of the emergency service.

Scheduling is flexible, with daytime, swing and overnight opportunities available. Full-time, part-time and relief arrangements can be considered, while overnight clinicians can benefit from block scheduling designed to provide more meaningful periods away from the hospital.
