We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian who thrives on variety and enjoys both medicine and surgery.

• $100,000$120,000 Base Salary | Fear Free Certified Private Hospital | No Weekends or After-Hours

About the Hospital

• Fear Free Certified practice committed to patient comfort and excellent client communication
• Fully equipped with in-house diagnostics, digital X-ray, dental radiography, ultrasound, and surgical suites
• Diverse caseload including wellness, sick-pet visits, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery
• Optional experience with pocket pets, poultry, or goats for interested candidates
• Family-like team culture promoting work-life balance
• No evenings, Sundays, or after-hours emergencies

Schedule

• Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Closed Saturdays & Sundays
• Flexible PTO scaled to your schedule (e.g., 4-day workweek = 8.5 PTO days/year)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000$120,000 (DOE)
• $2,000 annual CE allowance plus 3 additional PTO days for CE
• Health insurance: 50% employer-paid medical, optional dental & vision coverage
• Licensing fees, memberships, and professional liability insurance fully covered
• Simple IRA with up to 3% employer match
• Temporary housing assistance available for relocation

• Licensed (or eligible) DVM in Texas
