• Associate Veterinarian - The Woodlands, TX
• $90K-$120K Base Salary, Private Hospital, Fear Free Certified Hospital | No weekends or after-hours

Our exclusive client's thriving 100% private and family owned hospital, conveniently located near The Woodlands, TX (just north of Houston), is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a small animal DVM who loves a balanced caseload including wellness and sick-pet visits, dentistry, soft tissue surgery.

With a loyal client base developed for more than 20 years, strong technician support, and a collaborative team culture, you'll be set up for success from day one.

About the Practice

• Fear Free Certified team committed to patient comfort and client communication
• Well-equipped with in-house diagnostics, dental radiography, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and surgical suites
• Diverse caseload: small animal focus with the option to see pocket pets, poultry, or goats if desired
• Family-like team culture with excellent work-life balance
• No evenings, Sundays, or after-hours emergencies

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Closed Saturdays & Sundays
• Flexible PTO, scaled to your preferred schedule (e.g., 4-day workweek = 8.5 PTO days/year)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000-$120,000 (DOE)
• $2,000 annual CE allowance + 3 additional PTO days for CE
• Health insurance: 50% employer-paid medical with optional dental & vision coverage
• Licensing fees, memberships, and professional liability insurance fully covered
• Simple IRA with up to 3% employer match
• Temporary housing available if needed for relocation

• Licensed (or eligible) DVM in Texas
