Our well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Leon Valley, a suburb of San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to help us deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Their beautiful, modern facility includes advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, such as:

• Digital radiography
• In-house ultrasound
• Digital dental radiology
• Fully equipped rehabilitation center with laser therapy also available.
• As an AAHA-accredited hospital, they adhere to the highest standards of veterinary care.

What We're Looking For

• We welcome applicants who are:
• Experienced DVMs
• Confident new or soon-to-be graduates excited to learn and grow
• You'll work alongside a skilled support team with a strong 3 technician-to-doctor ratio that allows you to focus on your patients.
• Furthermore, you will enjoy a highly collaborative, mentorship-driven team culture

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time: 3640 hours per week


Clinic Hours:

• MondayFriday: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
• Opportunity to work full time over 3 or 4 days!

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $130,000 $160,000
• Monthly production bonuses (no negative accrual)
• Signing bonus up to $50,000
• Up to 5 weeks of PTO
