- Current Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

- Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry, or willingness to develop these skills
- Strong clinical judgment, client communication, and team collaboration
- Weekend availability consistent with a retail-center, daytime schedule
