The Role
- Lead medical standards, clinical protocols, and quality of care while partnering with practice leadership on operations and workflow
- Mentor and develop veterinarians and support staff, fostering a positive, team-based culture
- Deliver comprehensive small-animal general practice care, including preventive medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgery (examples: spay/neuter, mass removals, laceration repair, cystotomy, gastropexy, enucleation)
- Support client education and community engagement
- Participate in shared Saturday coverage as part of the weekly schedule

Requirements
- DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active California veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical and surgical skills in small-animal medicine
- Prior leadership experience as a lead veterinarian or medical director preferred; experienced associates encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-service skills
