Veterinary Medical Director

Global Talent Partners is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Veterinarian to step into a Medical Director position with an established small animal practice in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

This position combines hands-on clinical medicine with the opportunity to shape medical standards, mentor associate veterinarians and work alongside the Practice Manager to support the continued development of the hospital. With a manageable caseload, strong clinical support and an outpatient-only model, the role offers the scope to lead while remaining closely involved in patient care.

About the Practice

This community-focused companion animal hospital provides comprehensive outpatient veterinary care for dogs, cats and select pocket and exotic pets within a collaborative, low-stress environment.

The hospital maintains an efficient caseload of approximately 14 patients per veterinarian per day, supported by an approximate 2:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio.

The Opportunity

As Medical Director, you'll combine clinical practice with responsibility for supporting the hospital's medical standards, team development and quality of care.

The position offers:
