The Opportunity

You'll maintain an active clinical caseload while taking responsibility for the medical direction and continued development of the hospital.

•Support collaborative case discussion and clinical decision-making
•Guide medical protocols and best practices
•Provide clinical support on more challenging cases
•Foster a positive and collaborative hospital culture
•Support veterinarian development and mentorship
•Maintain an active medical and surgical caseload
•Help improve clinical workflows and hospital efficiency
•Partner with practice leadership on continued hospital development
•Build strong relationships with clients and the local community

The position is well suited to an established veterinary leader or an experienced clinician ready to take the next step into formal leadership while continuing to practice medicine.
