This is a hands-on clinical leadership opportunity for a veterinarian who wants to continue practicing medicine while taking a greater role in mentoring doctors, maintaining medical standards and shaping the clinical direction of the hospital. You'll have the autonomy to lead alongside experienced practice management, with strong technician support and modern on-site diagnostics.

The Opportunity

You'll maintain an active clinical caseload while providing medical leadership across the hospital.

Key areas of responsibility include:
•Lead and mentor veterinarians and clinical support staff
•Maintain high medical and patient-care standards
•Provide guidance on complex clinical cases
•Support collaborative case discussion and review
•Refine medical protocols and standards of care
•Promote efficient clinical workflows
•Help develop veterinarians clinically and professionally
•Foster a positive, accountable and collaborative team culture
•Partner with practice management on hospital strategy and development
•Contribute to scheduling, equipment and operational planning
•Maintain an active medical and surgical caseload
•Support regulatory and medical-record compliance
•Build strong, long-term client relationships
