Veterinary Medical Director

The Leadership Opportunity

As Medical Director, you'll provide clinical leadership while remaining actively involved in patient care.

You'll have the opportunity to:

•Set and maintain high standards of veterinary medicine
•Provide hands-on clinical care across medical and surgical cases
•Mentor, coach, and develop associate veterinarians
•Support technicians and clinical team members in developing their skills
•Lead case discussions and encourage collaborative decision-making

•Work closely with hospital management on clinical operations

Requirements

•Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
•Colorado veterinary license or eligibility to obtain
•Eligibility to work in the United States
•Strong general practice medical and surgical skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Interest in mentoring and developing veterinary professionals
•Collaborative, team-oriented leadership style
•Previous leadership experience is preferred, although experienced veterinarians ready to progress into a Medical Director position are encouraged to apply
