The Role
- Provide clinical leadership while delivering high-quality small-animal medicine and surgery
- Oversee and elevate medical standards, protocols, and quality assurance across the hospital
- Perform wellness care, preventive medicine, dentistry, diagnostics, and routine soft-tissue procedures
- Mentor and develop veterinarians and support staff, fostering a collaborative, learning-focused culture
- Partner with practice leadership on scheduling, workflow, and client experience initiatives

- Participate in a shared Saturday schedule to support community access to care

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License (or eligibility for licensure) to practice veterinary medicine in California
