Veterinary Medical Director

The Role
- Lead medical standards and quality, guiding clinical protocols and best practices
- Mentor and support veterinarians, technicians, and client service teams
- Deliver high-quality clinical care, including wellness, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, and management of urgent cases
- Foster a positive, client-centered culture with clear communication and education
- Collaborate on scheduling, workflow efficiency, and case management to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Engage with the local community and support long-term client relationships
- Support inventory, equipment, and hospital operations in partnership with leadership

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain one
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong medical, surgical, and dental skills with a client-centered approach
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building strengths
- Comfort with or interest in seeing pocket pets and small exotics is welcomed
