The Role
As the Medical Director at our facility, you will lead a team of skilled veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You will oversee medical standards and ensure high-quality veterinary care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing hospital operations and setting medical policies.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Conducting regular medical reviews and staff meetings.
- Overseeing patient care and handling clinical practice.
- Driving the success and revenue of the practice by monitoring and adjusting key performance indicators.

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current state veterinary license and eligibility to work in the US.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a veterinary practice.
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
