The Role
- Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient care, including wellness, sick visits and urgent presentations
- Perform soft-tissue surgery and dentistry with dental radiography; orthopedic cases available based on interest and experience
- Utilize in-house digital radiology and ultrasound for timely diagnostics
- Develop and communicate treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive medical records
- Collaborate closely with licensed technicians and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and outstanding client service
- Participate in rehabilitation case collaboration as desired, including hydrotherapy referrals and follow-up
- Contribute to a positive, team-based culture focused on patient outcomes and client experience

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in New York
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Comfort with general practice medicine; surgical and dentistry experience preferred
