The Role
- Provide high-quality small-animal care across wellness, sick visits, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics
- Use in-house tools, including radiology, dental imaging, ultrasound, tonometry, and an onsite lab
- Perform routine soft-tissue surgery and dental procedures, with a focus on anesthesia and pain management
- Develop diagnostic and treatment plans, communicate clearly with clients, and maintain thorough medical records
- Collaborate with credentialed technicians and support staff to ensure efficient, compassionate patient care
- Cover a mix of day and evening shifts, including some Saturdays

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Current Massachusetts veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA and Massachusetts controlled substance registration (or eligibility)
- Proven clinical experience in small-animal practice; surgery and dentistry proficiency strongly preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and client-service skills
