The Role
- Provide high-quality general practice care, including wellness, sick visits, and preventive medicine
- Perform and interpret diagnostics; develop tailored treatment plans
- Manage anesthesia and pain control following established screening and safety protocols
- Perform dentistry and a range of soft-tissue surgeries; participate in orthopedic cases as appropriate
- Partner closely with skilled technicians and client-care teams to deliver an excellent client experience
- Communicate clearly with pet owners, focusing on education and long-term patient health
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture and help refine medical standards and workflows
- Typical schedule includes weekday shifts with some evenings and a rotating half-day Saturday; no Sunday hours

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to teamwork
- Eligibility to work in the United States
