The Role
- Provide high-quality relief coverage in a collaborative general practice setting for dogs and cats
- Deliver comprehensive preventive, medical, and surgical care, including wellness exams, sick visits, routine soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry
- Utilize in-house diagnostics, imaging, and treatment modalities to guide case management
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, ensuring thorough education and follow-up
- Partner with a skilled support team to uphold efficient, low-stress, and patient-centered workflows
- Maintain detailed medical records and support adherence to established clinical standards
- Cover daytime shifts with potential Saturday mornings; number of shifts and dates are flexible

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Utah (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Two or more years of small-animal clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in routine surgery and dentistry preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and client-service skills
