The Role
- Deliver high-quality primary care for dogs and cats, including wellness, preventive care, and vaccinations
- Perform general surgery and dentistry; utilize dental radiography to guide treatment planning
- Manage internal medicine cases; develop diagnostic and therapeutic plans using in-house lab and imaging
- Provide daytime triage and urgent care support as needed
- Lead anesthetic planning, multimodal pain management, and postoperative care
- Collaborate closely with technicians and client service teams; maintain thorough medical records
- Communicate clearly with pet owners; present care options and educate on at-home management
- Participate in case rounds and continuous improvement initiatives; interest in mentoring is welcomed

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- Washington State veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to teamwork
- All experience levels considered; new graduates encouraged to apply
