The Role
- Provide preventive care, wellness and sick visits, and client education for dogs, cats, and small/exotic pets (training and support available for exotics, if desired)
- Perform and interpret in-house diagnostics; utilize imaging to support case workups
- Deliver dentistry and general surgery within comfort level, with clinical mentorship available
- Create thorough treatment plans and maintain accurate digital medical records
- Collaborate closely with credentialed technicians and the wider team to ensure efficient, compassionate care
- Contribute to a positive, learning-oriented culture through case discussions and quality improvement
- Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with some evening coverage and no routine weekend hours

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration and Massachusetts controlled substance registration (or eligibility)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfort with small/exotic pets is welcomed but not required
