The Role
- Perform comprehensive exams, medical work-ups, and client education for companion and, as desired, large-animal patients
- Provide diagnostics and treatments, including digital imaging and dental procedures; perform routine soft-tissue surgeries
- Manage accurate medical records and ensure compliance with controlled substance protocols
- Contribute to companion animal urgent care during clinic hours
- Participate in large-animal emergency coverage with 24/7 support, as aligned with interests and scheduling
- Collaborate on protocols, attend case rounds when possible, and support continuous improvement across the hospital
- Help foster a positive, efficient, team-oriented culture focused on excellent patient and client outcomes

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- Active Minnesota veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ years of experience in a veterinary practice; strong medical, surgical, and dental skills
- Excellent communication and client-service skills; collaborative team approach
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Authorization to work in the United States
