Veterinarian

Global Talent Partners is excited to present an opportunity for a Veterinarian to join an established companion animal hospital in Edmonton, Alberta.

Offering compensation up to $170,000, this full-time position provides the opportunity to practise high-quality small animal medicine within a collaborative and well-resourced environment. The role will initially provide maternity leave coverage, with the potential to develop into a long-term position.

About the Practice
This full-service companion animal hospital serves a South Edmonton community and provides comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Veterinarians work alongside experienced support staff, with access to a broad range of medical, surgical, dental and diagnostic capabilities.
Services and clinical capabilities include:
• Wellness and preventative medicine
• Vaccinations and parasite prevention
• Internal medicine
• In-house laboratory diagnostics
• Radiography
• Comprehensive dentistry
• Dental radiography
• General and soft tissue surgery
• Endoscopy
• Laser therapy
• Anesthesia and multimodal pain management
• Nutrition counselling
• Senior pet medicine
• Basic hospitalization
• Urgent appointments during hospital hours
• Dedicated isolation facilities
• On-site pharmacy
Digital systems, including online appointment booking, a client portal and online payment options, help streamline communication and case management.
Regular weekday daytime hours also provide a predictable working environment and support a healthy balance between your career and life outside the hospital.
