The Role
- Provide comprehensive small-animal care across wellness, sick visits, and urgent needs
- Perform general surgery and dentistry, supported by dental radiography and a dedicated dental area
- Utilize in-house laboratory testing, digital radiography, and ultrasound; collaborate with visiting ultrasonography support as needed
- Partner with a visiting orthopedic surgeon for advanced surgical cases
- Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and education
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, mentoring support staff and engaging in case collaboration
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best-practice standards
- Participate in a limited Saturday rotation consistent with a predictable daytime schedule

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice (or eligibility to obtain) in the State of New Jersey
- Eligibility to work in the United States
