The Role - Perform comprehensive exams, diagnostics, and medical workups - Communicate clearly with clients to guide treatment decisions and preventive care - Conduct general surgery and dentistry with high standards of medical quality - Maintain accurate, timely medical records - Prescribe medications and follow controlled substance protocols - Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and support staff to optimize patient flow and teamwork - Help evaluate and refine hospital protocols from intake through discharge - Monitor hospitalized cases and participate in rounds as needed - Engage in ongoing training and practice updates - Other duties as needed to support smooth daily operations
