The Role
- Lead day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and exceptional client service
- Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management for technicians, reception, and support teams
- Build a positive, inclusive culture; coach teams and champion new initiatives
- Manage budgeting, P&L, billing, expense control, and accounts receivable; generate action plans from financial reports
- Elevate client experience; guide service standards, monitor feedback, and resolve concerns professionally
- Direct inventory, scheduling workflows, office supplies, and equipment maintenance; refine SOPs and quality controls
- Execute local marketing and retention strategies; manage social media and website content; coordinate community events and outreach
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and workplace safety (including OSHA practices and proper waste handling); maintain accurate, confidential records
- Optimize practice software use; train staff on systems and coordinate with IT support
- Full-time schedule with occasional evening or weekend needs based on hospital operations

Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a veterinary, medical, or multi-department service environment
- CVPM, CVBL, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
- Proven experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-service skills; ability to coach and develop teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting; organized, detail-oriented, and data-informed
- Proficiency with practice technology and office software
- Ability to meet the physical demands of a hospital environment on occasion
- License to practice in Georgia, if applicable to professional credentials
- Eligibility to work in the United States
