The Role
- Perform comprehensive examinations, develop diagnostics and treatment plans, and deliver high-quality medical and surgical care to small animals
- Communicate clearly with clients about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate closely with RVTs and support staff to uphold excellent clinical standards
- Participate in continuing education and remain current with advances in veterinary medicine
- Complete travel health certifications as part of USDA-accredited services, as needed

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible California veterinary license
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment with a commitment to high standards of care
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; comfort in a fast-paced, team-based setting
- Prior clinical experience preferred, though all levels are encouraged to apply
