The Role
- Provide comprehensive examinations, medical work-ups, and preventive care for companion animals; opportunities available to see equine and large-animal cases, including ambulatory farm calls
- Perform diagnostics and treatments using on-site lab, digital radiology, dental imaging, ultrasound, and therapeutic laser
- Conduct general surgery and dentistry with support from a skilled technical team
- Communicate clearly with clients to build lasting relationships and deliver excellent patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold controlled-substance protocols
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on workflow, protocols, and quality standards; participate in case rounds

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Georgia veterinary license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical, surgical, and dental skills with a team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and client-service abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties that may include periods of standing, kneeling, or crouching
- Experience in small-animal or mixed-animal practice preferred; mentorship available to support continued growth
