The Role
- Lead all hospital support departments and foster a culture of trust, teamwork, accountability, and service
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train support staff; coach performance and conduct timely reviews
- Build efficient schedules, manage timekeeping accuracy, and meet labor and productivity targets
- Oversee day-to-day operations, facilities maintenance, and safety standards
- Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory controls, and vendor relationships
- Ensure accurate daily financials; support billing integrity and charge capture
- Partner closely with veterinarians and leads to elevate patient care and client experience
- Resolve client concerns professionally and support a high-service front desk environment
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and applicable regulations; update SOPs as needed
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and participate in leadership meetings to drive continuous improvement
- Support weekend and holiday needs as required by the schedule

Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of office or operations management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role; healthcare or veterinary experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice or medical management software
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working around animals and clinical environments; ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to work some Saturdays and holidays
- If applicable to professional background, current Arkansas licensure and the ability to maintain any required state or facility credentials
