The Role
- Provide compassionate, high-quality small-animal care across wellness, sick visits, and routine soft tissue surgery
- Utilize in-house diagnostics (digital X-ray, ultrasound, lab testing) to guide treatment plans
- Perform dental procedures and support preventive oral health protocols
- Communicate clearly with clients, build long-term relationships, and deliver thorough medical education
- Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate closely with technicians and client service teams
- Contribute to a supportive, team-first culture and help mentor where desired

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- License to practice (or eligibility to obtain) in the state of Connecticut
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered, compassionate approach
- Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and high standards of care
