Global Talent Partners is pleased to represent an established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Worcester County, Maryland, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and supportive team.

The Team

You'll be joining a well-supported team consisting of:

•2 Associate Veterinarians
•1 Medical Director
•2 Registered Veterinary Technicians
•4 Veterinary Assistants

The team values collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing, creating an environment where veterinarians can discuss cases, learn from one another and continually develop their clinical skills.
The hospital is AAHA accredited, demonstrating its commitment to maintaining high standards across patient care, clinical practice and hospital operations.

The Role

The caseload provides a healthy mix of wellness and sick patients, allowing you to maintain variety in your day-to-day work while developing strong relationships with patients and their families.

You'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive companion animal medicine, including:

•Preventative healthcare
•Wellness examinations
•Vaccinations
•Diagnostics
•Medical case management
•Treatment planning
•Dentistry
•Surgical procedures
•Chemotherapy
•Client education
•Long-term patient management

•Digital radiography
•Dental radiography

Mentorship & New Graduate Support

Schedule

The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, providing flexibility to accommodate the right candidate.

Current hospital hours are:

•MondayFriday: 8:00am7:00pm
•Saturday: 8:00am3:00pm
•Sunday: Closed

Scheduling can be discussed based on your preferred working pattern and the needs of the hospital.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers an annual salary of approximately $130,000$150,000, dependent on experience, skills and overall credentials.

You'll need a DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school, along with a Maryland veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one.
