The practice offers a broad caseload across preventive care, internal medicine, dentistry, and soft-tissue surgery. Regular daytime hours run Monday through Saturday, with Sunday closed; urgent cases are seen during business hours and after-hours emergencies are referred, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

The Role
- Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnostics, and individualized treatment plans for canine and feline patients
- Perform soft-tissue surgery and dentistry; interpret imaging and laboratory results to guide care
- Communicate clearly with clients to educate, set expectations, and build long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate medical records; prescribe medications and follow controlled-substance protocols
- Collaborate with the hospital manager and team to refine workflows, uphold protocols, and participate in rounds
- Support a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and continuous quality improvement
- Engage in ongoing training and case reviews to advance clinical standards

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- Active Oregon veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to secure)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical practice
- Strong clinical, surgical, and dental skills; effective communicator and team collaborator
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary care
