The Role
- Provide high-quality small-animal care across wellness, sick visits, dentistry, and general surgery
- Perform thorough examinations, formulate diagnostic and treatment plans, and deliver clear client communication
- Utilize on-site diagnostics and imaging to guide clinical decisions
- Manage anesthetic and surgical cases, and oversee inpatient care and recovery
- Partner closely with RVTs and support staff to ensure seamless, compassionate service
- Contribute to a positive, team-first culture and continuous quality improvement
- Participate in a balanced schedule that includes limited Saturday coverage

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice (or eligibility to obtain) in the State of California
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment, clear communication skills, and a client-centered approach
- Comfort with dentistry and general surgery preferred; new graduates welcome to apply with mentorship available
