The Role
- Deliver high-quality small animal general practice care, including wellness exams, preventative medicine, and client education
- Perform dentistry and routine soft-tissue surgery, with opportunities to manage select advanced cases where interests align
- Utilize on-site diagnostics and imaging to guide treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with skilled technicians and client service team members
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and leverage digital tools
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture; participate in weekend coverage as needed

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice in California (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approach
- Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement
