The Role
- Lead daily operations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and an exceptional client experience
- Oversee staffing: recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management for all support teams
- Manage financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, billing oversight, accounts receivable, and P&L accountability
- Champion client service standards; guide reputation management and timely response to reviews and feedback
- Maintain operational systems: inventory control, equipment upkeep, vendor relations, and SOP improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA standards and accurate medical record management
- Drive marketing, community outreach, and social media presence to attract and retain clients
- Optimize technology use and train staff on practice software and digital tools
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians and team leads to set goals, track KPIs, and execute continuous improvement
- Full-time schedule with flexibility for occasional evenings or Saturdays based on practice needs

Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a veterinary, medical, or multi-site service environment
- Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting, KPI tracking, and P&L management
- HR skills across recruiting, coaching, performance management, and schedule optimization
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client service mindset
- Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and perform occasional physical tasks
- Professional licensure to practice in Florida, if applicable to your background
- Eligibility to work in the United States
