The Role
- Deliver high-quality general practice care for small animals and equine patients, including preventive medicine and wellness services
- Perform diagnostics and case workups using in-clinic imaging, endoscopy, and laboratory capabilities
- Conduct soft-tissue surgery and dentistry, with support from experienced technical staff
- Provide urgent care within a GP setting and develop clear treatment plans and client education
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient, compassionate workflow
- Contribute to a positive culture, mentorship, and continuous improvement of clinical protocols
- Enjoy predictable weekday daytime hours; weekends closed, with after-hours telemedicine triage supporting client access

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Eligible for, or holding, an active license to practice veterinary medicine in Alaska
- Authorization to work in the United States
