The Role
- Perform comprehensive exams, medical work-ups, and client education
- Conduct diagnostic procedures and provide general surgery and dentistry
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care
- Prescribe medications and follow controlled substance protocols
- Foster teamwork and support efficient clinical workflows
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on priorities, protocols, and quality standards
- Monitor hospitalized cases and participate in rounds

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active California veterinary license (or ability to obtain and maintain)
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain and maintain)
