The Role
- Part-time schedule within established hospital hours, including shared weekend coverage as needed
- Practice preventive and general small-animal medicine: wellness exams, vaccinations, dental procedures, routine soft-tissue surgery, microchipping, and on-site diagnostics
- Develop treatment plans, maintain thorough medical records, and communicate clearly with clients
- Collaborate with credentialed technicians and support staff; provide guidance and mentorship within the team

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited institution
- Active North Carolina veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility) preferred
- Strong commitment to preventive care, teamwork, and client communication
- Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry preferred
